  Dear Designers,
  FYI - I am a residential real estate broker in Portland, Oregon. So, anything that looks corporate or that I work out of a tall building isn't appropriate. I do work at a well-respected and professional firm (as opposed to a small boutique agency).

  draft #39: Also, can you change the font of the J in the design? (I realize that probably means changing all the font.)
  I just don't like the way the bottom of it kind of peters out.

  Also, can you take out the small undershadow beneath the roof - so there's only one roof?

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
