  On draft 40 and some of the other ones the C and S on the shield are a little to busy and are hard to tell they are a C & S.

  Great stuff. Anyone want to try putting two coat of arms lions to the sides of the shield, just a thought. Thanks.

  Absolutely excellent submissions from everyone. The added details to the swords and shields have really made the difference in deciding which ones were the best.
  If we had to get really picky here are our suggestions.
  
  We prefer the fencing/medieval sword combo to the two medieval swords.
  
  We like the scrolling around the shield of # 44 , 43 , 35 , 29 and 31 (in that order of our favorite to our least favorite)
  
  
  And we wanted to mention that if your submission was eliminated it was in no way an offense but just want to give people a good idea of which direction we are headed in choosing the winner. As of now its getting hard to decide since they are all very good.

  The straight black and white designs seem better.
  
  Draft 14 has the detail of the swords and the black background within the shield that we like.
  
  Draft 15 and 4 have the scrolling around the shield that most appeals to us.
  
  Size of the shield vs the name is best on draft 15 although draft 15 misspells Chic.

  Coat of Arms have been used in almost all modern civilizations and reflect nobility. This particular coat of arms is more reflective on England and Scotland but they have been used for centuries. To answer your question they reflect class and refinement. I understand why you would be irked by the fact that we quickly rejected your designs but they did not reflect what we were looking for, thanks.

  No offense intended, but what do swords have to do with a boutique? Don't you think that is kind of aggressive? Really thought you'd like the femininity of my designs, while it still portrayed a shield without appearing masculine. Could you let us know how the swords relate to your concept so we have more of an understanding of the meaning? Appreciate it!

  Great Submissions! We like elements from each that when put together would be closer to what we are looking for.
  
  We like the implementation of two different types of swords like draft 1.
  
  We really like the scrolling around the shields of draft 3 and 4.
  
  We like the darker color within the shield of Draft 5 as it makes the elements within the shield stand out and we also like the 3 dimansional shading on the outer edge of the shield of draft 5.
  
  
  We would like to see the option of a little implementation of a of color on the name below the shield in maybe a dark red.
  
  We would like to see a more detail on the swords. Maybe some scrolling on the blade and handles.
  
  More intricate details on the shield, swords,and 3d shading.

  Please feel free to run free with the design we posted in the creative brief and to add any creative elements or change it entirely. We are looking for lots of options in order to pick the best one. The design brief drawing is just something to base it off of. Thanks to all.

  I think draft #1 will look better on a straight black background and bringing out all the elements in silver or white or even red. Also little details like the fleur de lis and shield need to have more detail or scrolling on them. Also please feel free to run free with the design we drew in the creative brief and add any elements you may think look good. Thank you!
