  Must be some confusion on what Cape Cod looks and feels like. We are in Northeast US, Massachusetts, above New York. We are surrounded by ocean and sand dunes, we are NOT tropical. We do not have palm trees, we have oak trees and scrub pine trees.
  

  
  The houses are cedar shingle (do google image search for cape cod houses) and maybe look at Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket as well.
  

  
  I eliminated #8,9,10,11 because of palm trees and tropical feel. Also I need female colors and font, not male colors. #6 #13 has the idea on coloration.
  

  I don't require the logo have a roof or a graphic. I will strongly consider just font and color and arrangement of the words. Borders are fine.

  Please look up Cape Cod on Goggle to get a feel for it. It is NOT TROPICAL or even close. Do not submit cheesy looking clip art in your designs, I won't consider them. Possibly look at using different color for the word "Rentals". See my notes in original specs. They are pretty clear.
