TravelGuidesFree.com works with over 110 tourism boards to distribute travel brochures to people who are planning trips to various destinations. Our core offering is that we provide leads to Tourism Boards at the rate of $.99 per lead. For consumers, we give them one site that they can go to for ALL destinations, rather than going to tens or hundreds of different websites. We consistently provide: 1)highest quality of leads (we verify all mailing addresses before sending them out as leads) 2)quantity (we collect more leads than other sites) 3)breadth and depth of offering (we have over 110 destinations covered). We are also adding new products including: email inclusions, social media blasts, Destination Spotlights, Travel Deals on a Cost Per Click basis and retargeted banner ads. The point of this marketing material is to make tourism boards want to sign up for our lead generation program and tease them with our other products. You'll see most of the old material attached to this project listing. We want to Remove any reference to caps on contracts. We also charge $.99 / lead whether its a downloaded ebook or a tourism guide shipped in the mail. We're in the midst of redesigning the site so there may be additional need to improve on or revised these materials later. |

Our buyers fall into two categories, the first are hip youngsters that are getting their first shot at doing media plans at small advertising agencies. The second group are local tourism professionals who have seen it all and are now running the local tourism board's marketing. They don't trust easily. We should aim for the first but not be so tragically hip that we don't appeal to the latter audience. | ||

This material must cover a few things: 1)how the system works including a screenshot. I think the old version does well at this. 2)illustrate the size of our audience in an attractive fashion 3)illustrate the demographics of our site in an attractive fashion. 4)include a testimonial (or many) from a current customer. Benefits to the consumer include: *Quality of Leads (ours our verfied) *Quantity of Leads (we're the leader) *We attract an audience of early stage travel planners. (people who haven't selected a destination) *No set up costs *Only pay when someone requests your brochure *3 month follow up emails we send out help illustrate ROI on campaigns. *We offer both printed guides and eBooks for download. We'd like to distill this down to 1 page but we may have to drag it out to 2. |
