Yes it is a guaranteed contest and I've been unavailable for the past 3 weeks and come back to find a winner has been selected. Work has forced me away from making a decision on this contest and as such I couldn't get around to adding feedback and participating as much as I wanted (which is my fault and I will hold my hands up and apologise for).

Can I ask who has given whom the authority to announce a winner in my place please? I would not have chosen the 'winner' at all in fact it was going to go to some one else but the colour scheme wasn't quite right and I wasn't aware how to ask them to change this (only eliminate and finalize are the 2 options and if I'm not wanting something finalized how can I add feedback).

I'm not impressed by this and wish the contest reopened so I can actually select the winner I wish.

More than happy to discuss with any site admin considering I paid for this service and expect what I paid for.
