This design is for a small law firm that services individuals and small privately held companies. My typical client is is 30 to 65 years old and range from lower middle-class to extremely wealthy. I actively compete for clients against much larger law firms. My strategy is to offer better legal services at much lower prices. Many attorneys at large law firms are distant and cold towards their clients. They also tend to ignore the clients that pay less in attorney's fees. I am very open with my clients and spend a lot of time talking to them and getting to know them. I also work equally hard on all client matters regardless of the fee charged. Although my firm is small, I must maintain a professional image that rivals or surpasses that of my larger competitors. |

Here are some of the designs I do not want: scales of justice, eagles, the American flag, the Texas flag, gavels, columns, court houses, law books, a hand shake, some guy in a suit, and all the other generic designs associated with attorneys. Also, stylized initials are overused by attorneys and do not do a very good job of distinguishing a particular law firm. I know that my idea of using an oak tree is pretty generic, but I'm hoping someone can design a unique oak tree with the "Stand Sure" motto. If the oak tree idea doesn't work then I'd probably go for something abstract yet professional. |
