  #16 really nice and style is very good! e in DENITTIS lower case e "DeNITTIS" all others remain uppper?
  #22/23 full name font change and logo refinement encased or circled
  #20/19 suggest font style change and a more 3D or "globalized" feel to the logo, possible to include M.M.D or M.D. for logo

  #1 & #2 the concept is a good base start and appreciate the "Romanesque" lettering however could benefit from more carved-in-stone style lettering style Roman effect

  #11 really stands out and is a great beginning. I like the initials in the rectangle however they could benefit more from specific definition with the second M as it comes across as a V and the font
  #10 is good but prefer different font and different placement of logo/initials also could benefit from logo/initial design.
  #3 The logo initials are good but could use something that pops more. the name doesn't come across well but good effort
  #5 & #6 The overall idea/concept is a good start but font and logo could use something more that stands out or powerful.
