    Can you raise the arm slightly on # 45 and Enlarge the Briefcase So you can enlarge the Words We Pay Cash...

    I would like to see that and then also the same thing but I need the words or phrase " Real Estate Investments " under the Name.

    Can you change the house color as I feel the Jacket and hat blend into the house. And on his Sack or give him a briefcase marked WE PAY CASH or We Pay $$$

    Hatter. I like the idea and design.
    Can you either make the house thinner maybe a little taller or something. Or using the dog give the wording color like the other designs. And just fix the spelling.

    Also can you give the dog or house a red jacket with a black hat or black and red plaid hat? Just curious

    Hatter. I like the design. Can you change the word Shurlock to spell it correctly as Shurlock...

    My only Concern is it kinda has a kidish look with the puppy.

    I LOVE the Idea of holding a house and the magnifying glass and the bag of money or briefcase as it shows the idea of an investor who buys houses. If you can make the puppy into a House person. And try a couple colors instead of green like red border or color in the words since it will be put on a white shirt also. I really like the concept..

    And everyone else the designs are great. You are all very talented. It is really a hard decision. We have extended the contest for 2 days just to finalize everything.

    Keep up the great work as I now have 3 favorites. #32, 34, and 35.

    Also if the wording is hard to fit in a money bag. A briefcase might be an option also..

    Really Like the designs.
    #24 and #22 are without a doubt my 2 favorites.

    Is there anyway to enlarge the size of the money bag so the Words " We Pay Cash or We Pay $$$ fits and is readable from any distance?

    I know on a business card the dollar sign is great but on a shirt where the logo can be larger it would help people to know I am an investor if it said we pay cash.

    Also I really like the white windows in #22 over the black windows in your other design and I love the use of a magnifying glass as the H and the O...

    Neon and Maddock you both have done an awesome job towards my vision for the logo. I can't wait to see the last couple designs in the morning.

    Also can you try and make #20 with a divide line almost in a belt style and in the window add a cross like the window in #5.
    And I would like all the Letters outlined in black instead of black on some and gray on the others. All of them outlined in black would be great.

    I really like #5. 19 and 20.

    In 19 and 20 can you add maybe a door in the house to show it is a House a little more?

    The logo is going to be used on a website and business cards and on shirts. So maybe if possible add a colored background since the shirts will be black, blue, or white
    so hopefully the colors will look good on those backgrounds.

    My main 2 at this point is 20 and 5. Keep the drafts coming as I will pick a Winner by morning.

    This is a Good Start but I would like The name in a Bright Color Such as Red. I need the House to be The Logo itself with the Name being the Roof would be Great So if a Roof is shaped ^ going upward would be Shurlock and Going Downward on the opposite side would be the word Homes and the Chimney could be the Letters LLC.. House could be a nice Tan Color or anycolor you designers think is Good and grabs attention but flows with the other colors. I would like footprints which would be green Dollar Bills. If the Name can't be used as the roof then the name curved above the image would be good..
    Also don't need a ground if that helps
