Colors, Fonts & Illustrations I Like:
Fonts I like are drafts #25, 28, 21, 12, 20 (YAA only), and 15 (JL only).
Colors I like are: 10, 12, 21, 25, 26, 13 (except the orange).
I like the cube in #22 and I like the puzzle designs where the extra piece is seen as fitting into the puzzle, i.e., the puzzle is solved.
Describe who/what this design is about
I am a freelance bookkeeper and want to start offering special business analysis services. So I'm naming my company "Your Adding Advantage." I would still like my name (Jan Lockie) to be prominent since I am a sole practitioner, so I'm open to logos that feature either my name or the company name or both.
What would you like to communicate to your audience through your design?
I want clients to see me as partnering with them to grow their business. I'll be providing them with the tools they need to make good decisions and I'll also strategize with them. Communicatation keywords: professionalism and experienced businesspartner.

Re #3 & #5: Thanks for some neat ideas. I really like the way you feature my name with "Your Adding Advantage" as more of a subscript. And I think the puzzle pieces are a great symbol of what I do! I'm wondering if there is a way to keep those elements with a slightly more professional look and/or font for my name. On first glance it looks a little too playful and the "J" is sort of hard to read.

I like the "look" of the black background design -- it comes across as very professional but I'm concerned about the practicality of a black background design in applications such as letterhead, etc. Also, if any one word is emphasized, I'd like it to be the word "Advantage." Thanks!
