Good morning designers, I have noticed that several of the concepts have a literal sailboat. This is not what we are looking for. Something abstract that plays off of our name, but not litteraly a sailboat. Thanks and keep up the great work!
I have seen a few concepts with the figure and the different stages of ambulation and for all future concepts, please do not include this type of concept. What is most important to me is that the emphasis of the Logo be on our first name which is Lakeway...
Physical Therapy Outpatient Clinic, PLLC would then be secondary. And of course our tagline would then be the final wording, drawing the least amount of emphasis of the 3 words.
As for a symbol, I will leave you to your artistic discretion, however, please, no "generic figures, that when put together look like a star or flower". Thanks and goodluck!
So far am impressed with the work that you all have come up with...especially the different color schemes.
Am wondering if any designers could include the use of a silhouette of a figure in a wheelchair, cane/or crutch and then the figure upright and walking into the design of the logo. Thanks!
General things I want the designers to be aware of:
I'm aware that the name of my clinic might be long and would like to see different variations of a concept WITH and WITHOUT the entire name.
ex. Lakeway Physical Therapy PLLC, vs. Lakeway Physical Therapy Outpatient Center, PLLC.
Also, variations of a concept WITH and WITHOUT our tagline which is:
Proven Techniques ~ Personalized Care ~ Optimal Results.
I am not artistic or creative at all and don't want to limit the designers artistry by what I can or can't imagine. In a perfect world, it would be great to have the full name of the company and the tagline, but understand that it is wordy, but if a designer can come up with something, great, if not, I'd like to see variations. Full name, no tagline vs. not the full name, but with the tagline. One other variation I would like to see to compare and contrast designs would be to have the PLLC vertical in some way.
Also, I had mentioned the colors green and purple in my original brief, not so sure if I should have said that. Our current color is a dark blue because we played off an image of a lake. (Lakeway Physical Therapy) However, this time, I would like to evoke an image that plays off the services we provide, which is rehabilitation so with all that being said, I would like to leave the colors open to the designers.
However, please stay away from the black and red combination as it seems very harsh and in your face. Our business is about wellness and keeping patients active and able to get around pain free after strokes, or orthopaedic surgery. We treat patients with a variety of orthopaedic impairments so please stay away from one particular regions, ex. the spine. However, a joint, or bones in an of itself would be interesting to see.
A logo that evokes fluidity, movement of joints, and wellness is what we're looking for.
Most of our patients are elderly so please keep that in mind. No images of a man running, climbling a mountain and things of that nature.
Ok...I hope this info helps the designers in coming up with a concept. One more thing I want to add is that this logo will be used on shirts that will be white...so something that would look nice with a white background would be something I would be looking for as well. Thanks!
