    1) Luxury Real Estate Auctioneer (page 1, panel 3) ...Please use the same font as the logo.
    2) I see a strange character on the tri-fold and flat brochure. On the tri-fold it is located on page 2, panel 1 after Sold As-Is. I also see it in the same panel after Competitive Bidding. It looks like a rectangle on my computer.
    3) Page 2, panel 2, please delete the word "also" after Blackstone Auction Group in the first sentence.
    4) add the word "auction" after single property on the last paragraph, page 2, panel 2
    5) delete the last paragraph on page 2, panel 3 and replace with:
    In order to ensure mutual success, Blackstone Auction Group only agrees to represent properties meeting our stringent qualifications. For more information about selling property through our auction services, contact one of our Auction Specialists at (866) 970-7300 or send an email to info@BlackstoneAuctionGroup.com.
    6)On the flat brochure, take out the word "traditional" from the first paragraph.

    Please note that these revisions should also be on both the flat and tri-fold. Thank you for all your hard work.

    I love the changes! Great job on the tri-fold!

    Are designs 20 and 36 the same? Please also remember to update using the new text like you did on the tri-fold. Thanks!

    ATTENTION DESIGNERS:

    As you know, I am desiring a tri-fold and a flat (email) version of a brochure. It is fine if the flat (email) brochure has multiple pages. I just need it as a pdf or html to email. I didn't want you to think it had to be only on one page. I just need it too because the tri-fold version will not look good in an email because of its design.

    I think the lastest file you send, has to many words.
    Can you give a more concise version, I think we will lack a place to put photos, if I could I have to sacrifice size of letters, so people will be difficult to read the brochure

    You really came up big with that flat one page brochure! It's awesome. Please update with the new text I uploaded tonight. Also, please lose the yellow quotation marks, as those were uploaded in my prior text in error. Thanks so much!

    New tri-fold is great too...I like the prior version as far as the cover and translucent columns, but I like how you laid one of the pictures out on your newest one, where it stretched across two panels, but if you could do the ocean pic as the main pic, then stretch a dif one in your next version, that would be perfect. Also, please crop the main ocean picture (version 4) so that the blue fade into sky happens low enough to cut out the roof line/top.

    TO ALL DESIGNERS:

    We would like to see a tri-fold design (to print) and a flat, one page design (to be emailed).

    Also, please use the ENTIRE text provided.

    Another tip: Lots of color - no big white areas.

    You obviously worked hard on your redesigns. They are contemporary, which is great. However, for this particular project, I'm thinking more elegant, understated, refined.

    Due to the nature of our business, the floating text (though cool) will not work.

    I am also not a fan of the die cut picture. If the photo is used, then please use the complete photo.

    I LOVE your usage of the NAA medallion. Please see my other comments for more general feedback.

    Also, I am uploading new text - please incorporate in your next design.

    I like the sweeping lines you used in design #7. It's too much white though, please see the colors used by Priyo.

    Priyo - I really like design numbers 1 and 4. The colors are great!

    I am posting new text, in your next revision, please use the new text.

    Also, I am interested in both a tri-fold to print and a flat, one page design that I could use as an email brochure.

    Dear project holder, thank you for your feedback. I was confused as to what info to include, hence my initial request for a shorter version. I will use the shorter text and amend and resubmit.

    Nathouse- Thank you for submitting your design draft 2 and 3. Although I like certain aspect of your design, I feel like the layout of text is too hard to follow overall.

    Priyo- WOW! What a great starting design!!! Thank you! I will be able to review it in more detail later, but I wanted you to know that I really like it. I see that you were able to include all my text from the larger description I initially posted. I wanted you to know I posted a shorter revised version if you think I used too much text. Great job overall!

    I will post two more versions of text that you can choose from. One is short and the other is shorter.

    I am fine with whatever size brochure you recommend. I will be mailing them so a trifold would be good, but a larger brochure might be more upscale looking.
