  Here is some clarifications on what I like so far (up to #18).
  
  I like the use of the quote, but please change it to "With other nine years of hands-on experience in this unique and challenging market, reOrient consulting is your China wine market insider"
  
  I like the layout of #14, and also like the way the text looks like it sits on a piece of paper on the background. This makes all of the white space look less "empty"
  
  I like the use of lighting on the logo in #4 and #5. I like the white background better on #5, and I like the orientation of the logo in #5 better. However, below the logo bar is too plain (maybe use the same effect as in #14)
  
  I like the use of photos inside the circles with the compass over the middle one. However, I don't like the font or the layout.
  
  I also like the section "What others say about us" section in #12
  
  The combination of the best parts as I describe above could be nice.
