  Drafts 10 & 11 - really like the look/feel of these logos. Colors are good. Only negative would be the two people that are central to the logo. My reaction is that the two look like they are a couple or in a relationship - which would give the wrong impression at a human resources conference.

  Karanhar - not sure I understand your question. Was it in response to my comment about drafts 6 & 7? If so - what I was looking for was a logo that provided to the viewer a sense of rhythm from a musical perspective.
  
  Regarding draft 12-the conference is located in Northeast ohio - so the "world" image wouldn't relate. I really like the rest of the logo.
  
  Similar to 12 - the central image in drafts 13 & 14 aren't very compelling.

  Drafts 8 & 9 - Really like the musical aspect of the logo. Negatives are that the logo has a very "child-like" - almost "nursery-rhyme like" appearance. Looking for a logo that is more representative of an professional organization.

  "K" - regarding drafts 6 & 7. I like the adherence to the color request - purple and orange - Thanks. And, I really like the "people" component to the logo as this is a logo for a human resources conference. Can we increase the "rhythm" aspect to the logo?

  TC - I really like the guitar and the keyboard as part of the logo. THe building add to the "vertical" aspect of the logo - which I like. The buildings don't add to the logo/theme as the industry is "Human Resources." Possible to increase the "rhythm" component and decrease the building component to the logo?

However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.

  Rain - love the designs - especially the use of color in draft 1. We're very early in the contest - but will definitely include these designs in my conversations with the client/committee.
