  Hello RainDesign and thank you so much for your time and designs. Here are my thoughts..
  You seem to be on the right track with Draft #2 and Draft #4. I also like the little "W" idea on the bottom right of Draft #1 and Draft #2.
  Draft #3 didn't really catch my eye.
  I like the color schemes on the dark background drafts and I like the shade of yellow on the bottom of draft #4.

  I apologize for not including this in my brief but(if possible), I'd like to see the design on a black and a white background. Also, creative monograms are ok.
