The company was formed nearly 7 years ago with the intent to service small business owners. Small business owners have a hard time finding work comp insurance, a lot of times they dont even get the respect of a return phone call from agencies. Our modle is to start a cooperative whereas we bundle hundreds of business owners, (large and small together),we then go to the insurance companies with these groups who are now eager to write these accounts. In addition to that we have spoke to over 10 thousand business owners and we are able to show them how to reduce there overall cost of employee realted expenses including work comp, payroll, payroll taxes, direct deposit, how to manage cash flow by reducing down payments etc. We all love our jobs because basically we 1. save people money 2.implyfy their life 3. they can see the saving and advantages 4. We love talking to prospects whether or not we ever do business with them or not, we love to share our knowledge. Even insurance agents send us customers that they are unable to help. We also receive clienbts form employee leasing copmaonies that are not able to write hard to place business' Would like to get away from the construction look as we have starting receiving more interest from companies other than construction |
