  I'm new to the site but the design that xtive uploaded that was the same as "Saint-Gobain" is really generic. In my creative process I would probably come up with something similar without even knowing it was an existing logo. I don't think a designer should be permanently banned for that, I doubt he has ever even seen that logo. Just saying.
