  Designs #14, #15... too busy I think, we appreciate the use of white space which makes it easier to focus the visitors attention on the content and purpose of the page... Having a huge strong background image does detract attention and confuse the eye..
  
  #7 nearly works very well, again perhaps a little too over burdened with colour..
  
  We dont like photos or other elements with 'curly' edges....
  
  We do like a compact page that doesnt waste too much space above the fold and uses design elements tastefully and sparingly to get the right ambience while making it very easy to find the visitors area of interest

  Its good to see all these designs.. our client has provided some feedback, he likes particularly design #2:
  " Could we try
  
  list of links on top left - background to have plain blue (same as #4)
  try dropping in a small image into two of the three boxes below (the 'latest news' without).For the 'why choose us?' box try the image of me in white t shirt & sunglasses (we supplied for the 'about us' ) The 'Jeanneau Sales' box should change to 'Yacht Charter' and try the 'sun odyssey 36i performance' image (as in #4)"

  There are some interesting designs coming forward now, thanks we appreciate them! We are waiting for comments from our client and will post feedback as soon as it arrives...

  Thanks for the first entry mbmkdesigns... we are looking for something a lot simpler and more straightforward than this, you dont have to duplicate everything on the existing site..
  The essentials are: company and rya logo, phone number, 1 well placed image, buttons or links to sail school, yacht charter, adventure cruises,STCW & PPR, about us, contact, navigation, sales, and then just a short list of 5 bullet points giving the reasons to use us!
  The whole thing should be compact, clear, professional, and require no scrolling

  Please use the images included in the brief, we have more if you need them, just ask... it would be good to include the (now normal) Fabebook button somehwhere on the page too please...

  Welcome to our new project!
  Weve run several p[rojects here in the past and have always chosen a winner, so dont worry that this project isnt gauranteed, we are here to do business and will choose a winner providing yhe standard is to its usual high level!
  Do feel free to visit the existing website, this is much too fussy and we need something much cleaner and essy to navigate while still being attractive and smart..
  There are images and logos available, we look forward to seeing your submissions and working together
