  I would like to be more specific with exactly what I want on the page now that I have seen different layouts. I would like the following:
  
  Company Intro (Most Important)
  Blog/Latest News
  Testemonials
  "Get a Free Estimate" Sign up form (Should be visable without having to scroll down)
  
  (I do not want three identical lined up boxes for testemonials, blog and free estimate. Many of you may have thought I liked that design from "solarart.com", but I dont. What I like about that site is the grey colors, and the gradiented page, as well as how they did the logo at the top.)

  I want vivid. I don't like all the white space. I don't like baby blue. The secondary pictures are distracting. I don't like the top tabs centered. The entire feel is playful rather than professional.

  "Call now for a free estimate!
  (123)123-4567" (This should be big at the top and included in the bottom.)
  
  and
  
  a request free quote box where they can enter their info.

  When the text is all white backgrounds and not broken up well while still maintaining balance, the page seems cluttered and boring to read.

  I like the text boxes the different vibrant colors. Very straight forward, easy to read, and not boring. I really like the 2 dimensional silhouette pictures for the boxes as well. It is appealing but not distracting. But it still seems like something is missing. The boxes are exciting but the rest of the page seem bland. Could you tweak that and see what you can do?

  I like the main picture to be big, but not the focus. It should seem like it is in the background, maybe gradient out the edges. The text (or perhaps text boxes) should pop out, maybe even overlapping the picture.

  Bubbles seem to playful and not professional.
  
  I dislike the three lined up uniform yellow boxes. Unappealing to the eye.

  Concerning draft #2, #3, and #4, Please read my breif and look at the websites I would like to take ideas from. I want a bit darker of a website. I like the color draft # 3. But none of these pages are captivating. These also do not provide room for the jquery slideshow I specified would be added in the development phase.
