    Designer's,

    We love your creativity and hate that we cannot select several! However, we are going to start eliminating more logo's, ever very good ones, in an effort to more closely focus in on our target goals.

    It's such a cool experience and you all are so very talented.

    Designers, I just realized I can communicate privately through messages so I'll do so in the future. Please check your message box.

    Since submitting this project, we have found we lean towards the following:
    Prefer conceptual idea of house & river - abstract is good!
    Open to colors yet leaning towards the use of red & black.
    Want to include .com.
    We REALLY want to steer away from a typical realtor logo.

    #33 Can you also show me a reverse of the colors of the words River City Home Team, Make River City black and Home Team red?
    I like colors but I'm also thinking of printing costs and having small punches of color to keeping ink in mind.

    Really like what you did!

    #33 Thanks for doing the change so quickly....almost there. I'd like the .com a bit smaller so it doesn't extend above the y in City. Also, regarding the river, can the entire drawing of house/river be lowered a bit. The R is still sitting in the water - it would be preferable to have a bit of white between the blue of the water and the red of the word.

    #17 & #18 In reviewing with my partner, perhaps a combination of these two with the door and window. (I didn't notice the door until we saw a larger version and then I realized the square was the idea of a window.) I like the idea of a house better than the typical drawing of a house. I like where you are going with this concept. Good colors.

    #30 I like how you added the .com on the side and the difference in the size of the letters in River City. the red/black/blue design coordinates with our main company's colors. I'd like the river moved slightly down so the word river is out of the 'water' and the water not extending so far under the word. I prefered it just under the Ri. Lastly can you change the font as my (male) partner doesn't care for the curves of the E and T with this one. Would like something that goes well with the lines of the roof.

    #23 Can you remove the line under the .com and change the color to blue to match the river on the other side?

    Note to all ...
    Overall, we are looking for something more unique in the logo design. We don't want it to look like every other house/realtor, we're looking for something different and that "pops." We definately want to have a small .com in the line. Thanks! We're loving looking at the creativity!

    #17 Like the strong, bold font & how you used color. Don't care for the square dots but like the placement of them and how balances color. Would like some design or image incorporated into logo.

    #9 We're looking for a bit more to the logo and it has to say River City Home Team (.com is an added plus). Yet I appreciate how you tried to show a house in the ri. It's a bit of a stretch, though.

    #8 Like the clean font and look of the logo however, we work primarily in the 'burbs so we'd prefer not to see a city.

    #5-7 LOVE the house in the City! Can .com be incorporated in the verbiage. Also, Not crazy about the shading of the words and would like the design more horizontal/rectangular in layout. Also, since there is a house in the City, perhaps eliminate the other house.

    #3 Can the design be placed to the left of the words with the river running under the Ri of the word River, to make the logo more rectangular in scope. Perhaps remove the sun if needed. Love that you showed me the b/w format.

    I should have mentioned, we want to be able to use this logo on any medium such as a web page, business card, beer koozie...etc so it needs to be easily scaled down... even favicon-able. Thanks.
