  i was shock when i saw the winner was a with a house or traditional design.. the brief was clearly no houses or roofs.. but if u look at the winner..???.. :(

  yes of course it is a stock art and overused..

  but with another arrangement and some windows ...SO COME ON... it is so "original"...

  StAnthony, Project Holders say this ALL the time. "I don't want the traditional house and roof design" and they ALWAYS end up picking the traditional house and roof design.. always. That's why I avoid Realtor contests.
  
  Yes Isone, not only is it stock art, there's thousands of realtor logos that look just like that.

  It's a pity that designers withdraw their designs on beforehand. I wish they would have stayed longer. This is an important process and I'm not doing the judging myself, I also invite friends and business partners to give their opinion.   In general I'm very happy where this is going. Thanks! Here are a few thoughts:
  1. Feel free to play with more colors.
  2. Avoid images of houses.
  3. Convey luxury.
