  This is a general comment to all the designers.
  
  I prefer that the logo include all three requested colors (i.e. black, white, and royal blue).
  
  The winning design must have proportionately spaced letters on the top and bottom of the logo.
  
  I like the full moon rather than the half moon and the image of the wolf must be a clearly identifiable wolf.
  
  The 45 caliber gun should not point horizontal or vertical; but should point up diagonally.
  
  I prefer cross swords as in drafts #2 and #12 but the cross swords must be the same size.
  
  I do not want cross police batons. I want just one police baton.
