I Decided to get rid of idea to have a bird on a logo.

Norri, nice color and sign change. To be honest my favorite design is # 4. I like colors, font, font size proportions. But still, a few touches should be added to it too, as I said before. I want to see color change from the right to the left in vertical direction (from first letters toward the dove), instead of color change in horizontal direction. I think dove's color should be the lightest one (light gray or white) and maybe it should be some back ground color for its area (maybe kind of cloud).
Secondly, can we make dove's shape more "weightless" arising from the letters, and starting as a blur (or diffuse) contour.

Norri, good change of the sign, but for me it still lacks a "sense of caring" and colors a little bit heavy, if I may to use this comparison.

Gerald, no shadow please and can we go from abstract sign to more "caring for people" appearance.

Norri, for me, the sign you use is more related to radiation areas, but not ultrasound.

Thank you every one for input. At this point I like draft #4 the most - it's the closest to what I had in my mind, but I open to any other concepts.
I would make two suggestions to the draft #4. Can we make color change from the right to the left in vertical direction (from first letters toward the dove), instead of color change in horizontal direction. I think dove's color should be the lightest one (light gray or white) and maybe it should be some back ground color for its area (maybe kind of cloud).
Secondly, can we make dove's shape more "weightless" arising from the letters, and starting as a blur (or diffuse) contour .
    Thank you.
