We seek a design for our annual fundraising ball invitation to be held on November 3, 2012. We are a private foundation that operates multiple Boys and Girls Club sites within the city of Chicago. We would like to see an elegant design, befitting a formal event, but with a modern and sleek tone. We envision black and silver tones, possibly juxtaposed with colorful photos of smiling children. However, we are not married to any one particular design concept or color palette. While our tagline, "Opening the Door" certainly lends itself to many design posibilities, we would like to see creative and subtle, rather than more obvious interpretations.
