  #5 - try it without the >>>> pointing to the ubasportsclub.com, maybe tighten up the spacing on the "UBA", resize so that it's more "square" looking (instead of long horizontal shape), maybe the baseball (or another baseball design) coming out of the top? baseball in "black"?

  * I like the concept of adding BOTH ubasportsclub.com AND "lakeshore travel" to complement the "UBA" focus. It'd have to be just the right shape, but it'd be nice to have if it fit.
  
  * Ultimately I want both a web logo AND a rear car sticker... APPROX 5x5 (6x4,4x6, etc) (but not 10x3 wide like a "typical" bumper sticker)

  * how about UBA in white? With thin (5px?) Border around each letter?
  * maybe bat & glove above UBA?
  * dot in letter a... maybe make that a baseball? Or a portion of a baseball partially exposed?

  "UBA Sports Club" - - please don't use that phrase as a primary focus. The URL with that is enough.
  
  Other "Focus" ideas... with "UBA" being the "required"
  
  UBA / UBA Lakeshore / UBA Lakeshore Baseball / UBA Lakeshore Travel / Ultimate Baseball Athletics (de-emphasized and smaller)

  - too much dead space
  - don't use www... just ubasportsclub.com
  - seems like it needs another color.. (black/dark blue?)- - BUT what you have seems to match well with uniform colors (thank you)
  - bat seems odd shaped / unrealistic
  - de-emphasize the word "club" (having it in the url is enough)
  - try "UBA Lakeshore Travel" instead of "UBA Sports Club"
