  Hi! The following changes will be made to the brief but I wanted to post the comments now so that you can make necessary changes as soon as possible:
  
  1.IMPORTANT: licensing information needs to be changed and read EXACTLY as follows:
  CA. Department of Real Estate, Real Estate Broker #1805798 – NMLS #296507.
  2.Change Name to: Ken Meyer and add title: President/Broker
  3.Change the email address to kenmeyer@trustdeedcapital.com
  4.One-sided card only – No back side. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  1.Prefer rounded corners for business card
  2.Prefer white business card (front/back)with blue accent on top or bottom or sides
  4.Please don't put license Numbers near logo

  Designers:
  The brief states my preference is to use the same font as the logo, however, I am open to other professional fonts that lend themselves to the logo fonts.

  Do you have a logo ? ( i see that you don't have a website ) ... Do you need a complete website too ?
