Outside Left, Center, Right: Would it be possible to make the whole side more fluid and continuous like the inside and not broken into panels?
Outside Right: Can you use the image you used in Outside Center for the front cover to give it an instant impact? If you do this, please use another image for Outside Center.

Outside Right: We need an image that gives more impact for the front cover. Something like what you used for Inside Left. Perhaps use that and another image for Inside Left.

This looks great. I think the facebook logo looks good. Just a few more edits with the choice of images used. All of them looks too similar.
Outside Left: Could you use this couple or similar image here? 110846254

Outside Center: I think you missed the red color change in the word "phone:". Can you also concatenate the word "e mail" to "email" (remove space).

Inside Left: Can you make the font in the dance styles bigger? Not sure why I like things bigger but I just want the dance styles to stand out and hits you in the face.
Inside Center: The numbering list starts with "Visit our website..." and step 4 should be separated into two steps. With these correction, we should have a total of 5 steps still.
Outside Left: Can you add a Welcome title and move the Register Online to Inside Right or somewhere between Inside Center and Inside Right?
Outside Center: Not sure how I feel on the look and feel of the "find us on facebook" and the web address. For some reason, it seems out of place. Any way to make it a bit more integrated?

For all the section titles, can you use a more modern, blockier font that very easy to read? Also, can you add the website address in the outside center?

I have failed to mention in the word document to include the website address in the outside center. Please add it right after the Address. I have uploaded another version of the document with this detail. Sorry about that. Also, please use an appropriate facebook image for Find Us On Facebook. Thanks!

Inside Left: Can you highlight or give more weight to the whole section of the Dance Styles We Offer. The weight of the font looks too light and we would like to emphasize our dance offerings.
Inside Center: Is it possible to number list the top part after "Here's how to get started"? Also, can we bullet point the "Things to know" list? It doesn't have to be a bullet, it can be any image.
Outside Center: Can you include our website address?
In general, can you make the section titles much bigger (Dance Styles We Offer, Getting Started, Things to Know)

Love it. For all the red color you used, it seems very burgundy and a bit darker than the red in our logo. Can you make it brighter to march our logo color?
If possible can you add our website address in the outside center under For More Info section?

Great first draft. I have attached a word document with all the brochure wording. Please follow this document instead of the description in the brief.
Please use a consistent font all around.
As for the images. I love the front cover image you used that I provided. For the other images from thinkstockphotos, I would like to use couples in more normal clothing so it's more approachable to the general public.
Here are some of the images I really like from thinkstockphotos and hopefully these can work fluidly in your design.
