This is a logo design for a condominium development. The market is for first time home buyers, young couples, professional singles/couples, and single parent families. The logo should be modern and relate well to the 20-39 year old crowd. The wine reference brings sophisitcation, youth and fun into the project. |

| We have green and black in our company logo. So it would be good to use that color where possible. But maybe a more earthtone green and I also see burgandy as a natural color fit. | ||
