The designs have not turned out as I had hoped. I feel the architectural lines are not working. The roof lines seem too stereotypical for a homebuilder. At this point I am open to any creative design concept. Maybe a little less emphasis on the artwork and more focus on the name "Thieneman" with distinctive fonts/style. Any additional artwork does not have to be architectural in design, just creative with a fresh look.

At this point, the only designs that are on the right track in terms of style and creativity are 16,17, and 25. The house images are not working for me. Think more in terms of abstract roof lines or arches, design or drafting elements of a home rather than just a home image. I prefer the fonts of the numbers mentioned as opposed to the thicker, block style fonts, i.e 21,22.

A general note to all of the designers, any artwork needs to be simple, clean lines and/or architectural in design. I really like the look and feel of many of the designs for Sebastian Construction on this site. A fresh and sophisticated look is my top priority. I like the prominence of Thieneman in #10, nice font as well, artwork way to complicated. 15,16, and 17 feel more cutting edge but I think my company name is too long to be all on one line. #8 looks fresh, but maybe a bit too commercial of a feel. I hope these comments help and apologize if I did not make myself clear in the brief. I have never done this before and sometimes I don't know what I like until I see it.
