  Designers,
  
  Thanks for all of the great designs and feedback and Happy New Year to each of you. Just wanted to give you a heads up that I will most likely be extending this "competition" by the three days. I have a team meeting with the entire Hospitality Group management team on Wednesday morning and hope to do a complete scrub of these designs to provide another level of detailed feedback by the afternoon.
  
  Please feel free to send any mroe designs or thoughts in the meantime as we will be looking at these on Wednesday at 10 AM (EST).

  To all designers -- I will be meeting with my team in the morning on Saturday to review all new concepts and will provide feedback by mid afternoon tomorrow. Thanks for all of the great ideas so far!!

  # 1 -- TMDCreations -- Could you try the following chnages to your design for The WORX:
  
  1) Drop the banner to a point below the name so there is actual space between the two.
  
  2) Change the tagline to lower case letters.
  
  3) Change the red to a draker shade -- something a little more maroon or burgundy.
  
  4) Play with the gear utilized for the "O" as this looks more like a tire.

  #2 -- Could you try to change the graphics from something less contemporary to something a little more industrial (i.e. gears, beams, construction compoonents, etc)?
