Thank you for the input! My office decor and feel is very warm and dark. It is also a spa office, so I did not really want to have lighter colors.

I would suggest the colors would be lighter. Because warm and dark colors symbols for elegance. While bright colors means cleanliness and health, it also looks professional. Since this is a dental clinic,a combination of light blue, grey, and white would be perfect.
