  Thanks to all of you. A very talented lot. After lots of thought and discussion I've decided to go for Daniel's original design #4. It took some additional font styles and tweaks to make me realise how good the first one really was. It makes me smile and reflects what I plan my blog to be about. Nice one.

  #4 Would you be able to submit additional designs with some different fonts? This one looks nearly art nouveau. Clean (thumbs up) but not modern.

  I like the fonts. Clean and modern.

  Maybe a robot creature with screws?
