| TalentReef is a social media and mobile recruiting tool. Recruiters use video and other rich media to highlight their jobs. Candidates can learn about new opportunities via social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and Xing. We are using the "reef" metaphor to emphasize that TalentReef brings recruiters and job seekers together in an online, interactive way. The reef is where talent lives. Recruiters go to the reef to discover talent in the same way that scuba divers go to the reef to discover fish. We sell our recruiting tool to F1000 companies. | ||
