Establish a logo for a technology company that specializes in real estate solutions. The company makes next-generation mobile solutions, that are data-rich, leveraging a convergence of core technologies (cloud, social media, mobile, geo-location, databases, analytics). What goes into building the products is complex technology, but the products themselves are easy-to-use and intuitive. In other words, its not about the technology, its about the uses of the technology that really matter. In our case, real estate is an industry largely based historically on customer service, as well as market expertise. While there is now vast amounts of research data available to consumers on the internet, homes are bought and sold using real estate agents who differentiate based largely on local market knowledge and customer service .and increasingly technology-based customer service. So we’re focused on making the professionals in real estate technologically relevant and savvy during the home buying/selling process, which mostly takes place in an anytime/anywhere mobile environment. |

Overall Style/Look The logo for Sweepre Interactive should feel: - Clean, contemporary - Technically sophisticated - Modern - Luxury-esque band - Human, approachable - Trustworthy - Fun Open to Sweepre having just text handling or having an iconography that defines it. Abstract house metaphor is OK – though customer service driven marketing by agents and technology themes are equally important as the metaphor of “real estate”. We are seeking a logo that brings together themes: 1) the Sweep metaphor-- visual cues: sweep, shine, gather, scan, 2) the technology metaphor-- technology, information, data, analytics, mobile, social, cloud, wireless, sky 3) the Customer needs metaphor-- professional appearance and impact, strong customer service personal service & relationships, digital relevance with customers, first class marketing. Winning business, success 4) the Lifestyle/Use context for the product— mobile, anytime/anywhere, instant access to data at your fingertips, 5) The industry metaphor This is the Real Estate industry Note: “re” or “RE” (the all caps treatment in particular) is a well known reference to real estate. We are thinking that we’d like to use the low-caps version reversed out or set off somehow through any number of graphical treatments. 7. Any Definite “Do Nots” Not: - Do Not use a “Broom” or “dustbin” metaphor – it is too pedestrian and utilitarian. - Jagged or sharp edges that are not approachable (an example of what NOT to do would be a Monster energy drink, or a tough, wrestling brand). - Not ‘rootsy’ aka earthy, folksy |
