| Dry Surface Coatings LLC ("DSC") develops and manufactures nano particle coatings for application in the petroleum industry and marine market. DSC's coatings, using patented Super-hydrophobic technology, are unlike any other hydrophobic coatings on the market today. Super-hydrophobicity occurs when the measured water droplet contact angle to a surface is greater than 150°. Super hydrophobic surfaces are extremely difficult to wet because the water beads with very little contact to the surface. When the contact angle of the water droplets exceeds 150 and the angle of the surface is less than 1 water shoots from the surface. We refer to this as the "Moses Effect" because it parts the water and the surface is dry. | ||
