We really appreciate the work that all designers have put into this logo creation.

We also like symbols that speak to lions and the sun.

We are interested in designs that are not hearts, or are only the essence of a heart but not an actual heart.

Also - we only need the word "Strongheart" on the logo but we will be adding various words later for our different programs: Strongheart Products, Strongheart Fellows Program, Strongheart House.

Some more ideas:
We like the simplicity and glow of this: http://tinypic.com/r/w6pqq0/5
These are VERY ROUGH versions of something we'd like to try. It was sketched by a non-artist, just to give the general idea. We're trying to keep the heart more angular and less "heart":

We like the "glow" behind the red version: http://tinypic.com/r/1ypg5u/5

Overall, we prefer that the name Strongheart not be split up and that the word not be visually separated between "strong" and "heart" by color or font. Also, fonts with serifs (similar to what we have on our logo already) are preferred.
We would love to see some plays on a "sacred heart" design but making the heart more angular and less "heart-like" and round.
