  The winning designer will have to provide “text editable” files and the “curved/outlined” files as well. Please make sure that both set of files are sent together. Also font(s) file needs to be sent with the final artwork.

  To GenBullzzzz's comment, the final decision will be made by a small committee of people in our company. The star ratings are just my personal preference. If a design has not been eliminated, it will be sent to the committee for their review. I'm trying not to eliminate designs that I think are worth having the committee review, so unfortunately this may go beyond Page 1.

  Gentle/shallow waves = good. Most of the steep/large/sweeping waves did not score highly.

  It just occurred to me that designs that had symmetrical color in the corners of the design also did not receive high ratings. For example, if a design had a red triangle in the top right-hand corner, and the lower left-hand corner, it received fewer stars.

  I gave initial ratings to the designs submitted so far, but will go back and review them again. In general, I really like the designs will less color. Designs with large areas of color, like large waves or blocks of red or black, generally had lower ratings. (Just a matter of preference.) Also, designs with graphics such as a graduation cap were not my favorite.

  Please eliminate the design you dont want to consider or not liking so that top designs will remain on 1st page....

  Designs which are solid black, or solid red, are also being eliminated as a matter of preference. They are very interesting, but not quite the look we are going for.

  We need to eliminate the designs that are meant to be printed on clear or translucent, see-through plastic. Although they are very attractive, our concern is the added cost with as many employees as our company has.
