  Thanks for the submissions so far.
  
  Our company already has a successful web site www.SmarteRealEstate.com but we have decided to do a major branding change. You as the winning entry designer will have great exposure through our marketing.
  
  Here are a few more guidelines.
  
  We would like to see side by side icon and company name (SRE). They should be very similar in height.
  
  The icon does NOT have to include the company name (SRE), and does not have to directly picture real estate. Just a very cool symbol might be fine Think the Nike swoosh it has nothing to do with tennis shoes..
  
  The tag line (Smart Real Estate Group) should be be on a 2nd line below the icon & company name, almost the same width as that line, and be around 30% smaller font size.
