Don't really understand why the above info isn't more clear. As far as the name... I don't know if that block if for the name of the clinic which is (SKOCIK CHIROPRACTIC) or our names (Drs. Eric and Mimi Skocik). I would like the logo on the front of the card. Below that, please have our names... I prefer them separate and not Drs... (so I'd like Dr. Eric Skocik... and below or next to it Dr. Mimi Skocik. As far as a title... we are chiropractors, but I don't think it's necessary to write since the logo has SKOCIK CHIROPRACTIC in it. |

Would like the logo on the back as well... but in black and white. Our current business cards (from a business with a different name which we are closing) are glossy on the front and flat(?) on the back. Would also like a small map from Google of our business location... indicated by a star or X. Lastly, an area on the back that says: Your next appointment is: _____/_____@___:___ am / pm |
