  we still like the look of #33 however it needs to be a full page add. #8 looks like it is more horizontal we need it to be vertical. (fill the entire page)

  Banner size is 8.25 by 10.75 300 DPI , is it pixel, inch, feet or what scale ??

  Do not like the look of number 16 with the tan background. Looks like hardwood floors. maybe something simple like a white background so its a bit clean. Remember this needs to look good in black and white pic as well.

  We do not want any model with a headset on our wearing glasses. We like a simple look. I will upload a photo of a business woman so you can see. Do not use that photo for the AD.

  Hi Everyone,
  
  We like the look of #8 and the wording of #11. This ad is supposed to be directed towards tradeshows and convention centers so business professionals will know that we specialize in event staffing. The wording will need to say something like "Need staffing for your event?"
  OR
  We specialize in tradeshows and conventions... Let us staff your next event.
  
  We also would like younger looking models in business suits with NO glasses.
  
  We also like how #12 has the facebook icon next to the website address
