  There are two areas of focus of where we will be using our logo. 1) We will be using it on our awning, which is black. 2) Yard signs, which are 18"w x 24"h. More than likely we will have a dark red background. We can also encapsulate the logo with a white background to bring the image out, if necessary.
  
  We are asking you all to get creative with us. We are located in Houston, Texas, in a very urban area, where the properties are on the pricier side, so we really want to have a bold, yet classy statement out of our logo.
  
  Maybe consider putting more illustration into the logo.
  
  Thank you all for submitting. Some of you have brought out some very good designs, but we're still not there yet.

  Can you all look at a more "elegant" layout for Showcase Properties with an edgy Texas theme.

  Thank you for submitting. We are really wanting to focus on the words "Showcase Properties", with a sophisticated, strong yet edgy style. Also, we would like to have "of Texas" in smaller case or a BIG "TEXAS" background watermark, underneath "Showcase Properties" off centered to the right. We just want a different twist!!! Or maybe enlarge the "T" in Texas as a watermark so it shows up behind "Showcase Properties". Or draw on for the "s" at the ending of "Properties" to add a symbolic illustration below that refers to Texas. We would like to see a combo of Sophistication with an edgy Texas symbolic design. Whether it be using the "S" "P" or the "T" (or maybe all or some) to make a statement. Consider using the State outline of Texas or the Texas Flag or the Texas Star or embellishing more on the letters. You don't necessarily have to use a building or a house, but your ideas are welcomed. We would also consider a stand-alone logo. These are just ideas we are throwing out to you from our idea box. Thank you again!
