The idea behind this project is specific to Law Enforcement Property Evidence Officers. The graphic will be used on a T-Shirt for the purpose of selling at a 2014 California state wide law enforcement (Evidence) conference. We have several graphics that must be incorporated into this project to personalize the event. We have a circular graphic (CAPE 25th. Anniversary Scales of Justice) and a flag grapghic (Containing the California State and US Flag) |

| Again the goal of this graphic is for a t-shirt and possibly to provide a themed logo for the event. The intended audience is law enforcement property evidence personnel within the state of cal. | ||

Main portion of the graphic is the California Grizzly bear (Either standing on hind legs or similar to state flag bear on all fours) standing on the top portion of EVIDENCE STYLE LOCKERS. (Picture the 1976 poster of King Kong standing with each foot on the top portion of the twin towers. Lockers can be in perspective in a "V" shape. The bear should look stearn and strong but not necessarily aggressive. In one hand (Paw) I would like to see it holding a scanner device such as a Symbol MC9090-G Wireless Barcode Scanner- With handle and trigger. This happens to be the main tool of the trade for our industry. The other hand i would like to see a large blue coffee mug with "CAPE" written on it. Down below the large bear graphic in the center would be the circular graphic of the CAPE 25th Anniversary. Coming out of the top V of the circle graphic would be the Ca. state flag on the left and side and the US flag forming the right side of the V. These flags would essentially extend from the circle graphic in a V to the left and the right traveling behind the main bear graphic and providing the left and right edges of the logo. The last element is text which can be placed in what ever creative manner you choose but must contain the following: C.A.P.E. 25th Annual Training Seminar "Bearers Of The Truth" It would be nice to see this on both black and white backgrounds.
