The crest for the logo should be based on the warwick school logo which contains red and gold.
The crest should have a khanda in the middle of the shield instead of a cross.
The khanda is the sikh symbol and coat of arms as you can find on google images.
Behind the khanda in the shield there should be a symbol of the phoenix which represents the city of coventry. the pohenix can either be above the khanda, as three small images or behind the shield. On either side of the shield there should be two lions holding the shield similar to :
