  My understanding is that you are looking for a design of a page in your webportal, and NOT a skin for a softphone. Would you please confirm if this understanding is correct?

  The Second most important area is below the incoming call area and this shows the users.
  
  I would love to keep this visual with an image. But you will either need to surround that with say green when they are available, red when they are on the phone, blue if there phone is ringing, have a visual notification if they are in Do Not Disturb, or in a meeting.
  
  Other need to have information is the extension number and there NAME.

  Typically you will have the calls that come in/ that you are on are at the to of the interface. With call controls next to that section for Answer, transfer, hold, park, etc.

  If this could be written in JAVA that would be great if not that is fine as well.
