Once the contest ends, I will be bringing the designs that I like to our wellness committee and then they will make comments and suggestions on the ones that they like. Once that is complete, I plan to reopen the contest so that those designers can make the changes that are suggested by the committee.

Dear designers,

There are some great designs being submitted! I'm very impressed!

Just a few general comments:

The "HCPSS" is the name of the company (the school system), but the program is called "Commit to be Fit". I'd like to see more emphasis on the "Commit to be Fit" than the "HCPSS".

Fonts and art must be done in vector format.

Please supply two versions of the logo one in two color
and one in black and white. If you plan to use a gradient (which we like) or drop shadow, you must also submit a version that has all solid colors.

Logo must use no more than 2 colors,
please use Pantone/PMS colors.

Logo must have no gradients, or drop shadows unless you submit a version that removes the gradients and drop shadows

Logo must translate well across medium,
must be able to be embroidered, silk screened, and engraved.

Logo must be submitted in 600 dpi tiff or eps file,
with transparent background.
