The decision making process was hard work, and in the end - we went with a design that encapsulated the type of business we are trying to create in terms of character and personality.
Good luck with all your future projects... and keep creating those amazing designs!
MycroBurst permits you to submit unlimited designs with unlimited variations. However, if you are providing 2 or 3 different color versions of the same logo in one draft, please make sure that if the particular draft gets finalized, each color version should be separated before you will send the final files.
1. i say salad - in small letters
2. i say salad - in courier font (or one that looks like an "old typewriter"), please refer to the following link to get an idea of the style -
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Extras_title_card.jpg
3. i say salad - broken down in to four blocks. The "i" goes in a square, the "say" and "salad" go in to rectangles, the logo goes in to the final square
4. i say salad - font white, blocks green
5. logo - is the outline of a tomato, please refer to the innocent "dude" at the following link - http://www.innocentdrinks.co.uk/
6. logo - font white, block green
7. background - black
Having created the above design (and please post this version), please then play around with the various elements to create something that looks and feels right. Ideas to develop are;
1. font style & look
2. color - red instead of green as an idea?
3. blocks - the positions of the blocks, try them at different angles next to one another?
4. blocks - maybe try shaping the blocks?
5. blocks - make them "stand out" as a suggestion?
6. background color - try a chequered "salad bowl wood" color, a plain wood color or any other color ideas for the background?
Looking for the design to be;
1. clean
2. sharp
3. distinctive
I hope this helps in giving a clearer idea of the concept and look forward to receiving your designs. Please do not hesitate to contact if you have any questions.
Draft #1 to #10 - Thanks for providing these designs. Although none have hit the mark, they have helped give me a better idea of what I am looking for. Details to follow shortly.

Thank you so much for all your designs.
This has truly been an eye-opening experience due to the ideas and creativity that have come from all of you - the designers within this community.
Myself and my advisors will be analysing and deliberating all the designs in the next few days and we will then choose our winner.
Thanks again.
Kind regards

I have made an error in my design brief. I DO NOT want to include the tagline with the logo.
Please amend accordingly and I have contacted Logoguru to amend the brief for me in line with this.
Cheers
