Hi all,
I am liking the text and line portions of the designs, but not really the pictures above them. I know it sounds simple, but I would be happy to delete the pictures and initials, and just focus on text/font and text/font with a line or two.

Can you also please try the variant "Russakow Consulting Group" if possible?

So far the designs submitted look very generic and "stock", and very few designers participating. I have other projects here as well, and getting concerned that all of them are going to go this way. Is it possible to do something less generic, or is the fee not high enough? Feedback would be appreciated. Do you need more information about the business to get some ideas?

Thanks Snoopyman on #2 and #3 -- might be too modern. I like the more traditional type fonts of a #1...

Many thanks for participating. Couple feedback ideas on draft #1:
Russakow is spelled with a "k" not "c"
Not sure how the pinwheel logo relates or adds
Color may be too cold/cool
Please do the google searches "venture capital logos," "private equity logos", and "management consulting logos" and you will get a very good idea of what I am looking for!
