We are a residential roofing company. We primarily re-roof homes that have been damaged via storms. We also repair / reinstall damaged and / or old gutters and siding. Most of our work is originated from door to door sales in storm damaged areas. Most home owners are not versed in construction or insurance claims process. We spend a good portion of our time educating them on these aspects of what we do whilst instilling in them, at the same time, a complete confidence in us that we are experts and almost aweing them as to how we handle them and the whole process. Of utmost importance to us are our customer experience, our expertise in our field, our quality of workmanship, and our professionalism. When it comes to insurance companies we only work with them as a result of our home owners so we are not really "marketing" ourselves to them but none-the-less we want to create and maintain good relationships with them as well. |
