  I see how an arrow pointing up and to the right could easily be incorporated into the design of #29 (the red part is the head of the arrow)a 180 degree arrow would be even better, but I'm beginning to think that would over complicate it too much

  I like #24, but would like to see it simplified but incorporating the arrow inside of the R&L (I can see the head of the arrow inside the "R") - the icons of strong logos often have dual meanings like this - I also like the way the "OF" is done in this draft, and the direction of the arrow (up & to the right)

  I like #9 because of the uniqueness and originality, I would just like the icon to carry more meaning though. A 180 degree arrow pointing to the upper right is significant for this logo, if something like #9 could incorporate an arrow it would mean more. The trick is going to be to add a clear arrow, while still keeping it really simple.

  Be sure to spell "Rebellion" correctly. Many of the entries so far have been too clean and slick. While I want the logo to look professional, I also want it to look more weathered and distressed.

  Would really like to see some designs clearly based off of the brief I provided. This logo should look more like a design for a hard-core rock band than a church. As I said in the brief, I am not looking for anything remotely "girly" or feminine.

  Looking for a design which is much more rebellious looking than anything submitted so far. There is a tension between rebellion and love, let rebellion win in the design. We are connecting with the anger of people who have been hurt by the apathy, irrelevance, and indifference of the church. We want to demonstrate that there is something unique about us, that we are willing to admit that there is a grit to life.
