| We are a 3 person firm, which is part of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the North Suburbs of Chicago. We deal in affluent areas and sell homes from 200K up to 5 million. We also specialize in Short Sales, first time home buyers, new development, new construction, etc... | ||

Below are the URl samples we like. We chose them for their design and layout. The 1st is our favorite for the clean lines and professional presentation. Most Realtor web sites are very "cheesey" and offer very little in the way of design. We would like a very clean, simple and functional web site template, which will send a clear message to our clients that we are serious, professional and experienced and have a sense of good design. The web site template design should be a clearly show the level of our service and knowledge that clients can easily navigate to find the information they seek. |

| Please review the winning logo from our previous project and please incorporate this into the design. LM Creative did a prefect job capturing how we perceive ourselves and we felt this logo was a prefect representation of our company.
