  Draft 26 and 27- I do like the abstract nature of the roof line. It is also nicely compact- can be used on notecards, yet be a nice background image for stationary.

  Really like the creative aspect of draft #12. Love to see that without "the" in it, I'm thinking I might go for less is more... Would there be any other graphic? That specific roof line isn't as representative as say, 9 or 13. But abstract is great- thats what I like about draft 9.

  I like the more creative aspect of #9 a lot especially since its not as cliched. 8 and 7 are close as well. The bottom of 8 Is nice. I like it. Bw is just busy on that one. Can anything be done with the font on the "BW" of 9? 5 is good also. Like the team name in black, with the logo or BW in the red.
  
  And again, like the creativity of 9. Love to see some more options that would not have the roof in it specifically.

  Seeing the ideas, I am thinking "the" might be able to be made much smaller, maybe even running vertical? So emphasis is on the name.
  
  I am also open to the Name itself being the focus. The team leader's Initian is B-W. So a B and W coule be used somehow.
  
  Number 5 is in the right direction. Still seems a bit stiff maybe.

  Great ideas here. I would add that we are a residential team, so it would be important have it be a bit personal. Maybe less "blockey" fonts to convey a personal touch.
  
  "the" might need to become smaller.
